Hi! I’m Aahana Paul and the founder of We Are. I am currently an incoming senior to high school. I love hanging out with my friends and family, including my two beautiful dogs, and doing numerous activities like tennis and other extracurricular clubs. I especially really love public speaking and involvement, specifically with topics regarding social issues, politics, and health. Many issues surrounding youth education have swarmed my head for a very long time-as can be verified by various friends who are all too comfortable with my colorful rants, to say the least. Now that I am able to understand even more about these topics, I finally put my passion into action. Through this organization I hope we can touch kid's hearts and minds in style, and enrich them with important topics that will help them build the most successful future they can for our community. We truly believe that we can impact the lives of our youth through working with them and being able to understand their perspectives.

Hey! My name is Celine Bono, and I’m the co-founder of We Are. I’m so glad you decided to check out the We Are website! I, like Aahana, am going to be a senior soon. I really enjoy spending time with family and friends, along with baking, playing piano, and playing with my dog (we just got him from a shelter recently). I think it is SO important to address the issues we have in our society, instead of ignoring the subjects of poverty and topics of education that are so commonly neglected. When Aahana came up with the idea for the podcast and organization, I was amazed by the concept and thought it was a wonderful opportunity to help youth. We may be teenagers, but we can still make a positive impact on the world around us. In fact, we can empathize with the kids and educate them even better as we are part of the youth ourselves. Being involved in your community is so important and your contribution could make a world of a difference. We would love to have you join the We Are community!
